If you're having second thoughts about your gear, don't worry; you have 30 days from the delivery date to return it. If our product doesn't perform for you, we'll take it back.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
- Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 30-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition.
- Please note that for hygiene reasons, any type of underwear or socks cannot be returned.
- If you are returning items from multiple orders, please ensure these are returned separately to avoid any complications.
RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item!
Please contact customer support here and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team, it may result in a slower resolution time.
All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
RETURNS INFORMATION
We currently only offer FREE returns in the UK, US, FR, DE and NL.
If you're outside of these countries you will be responsible for the cost of your return.
*Please note it can take up to 10 days for us to process your return from the date we receive it.
How to do a return
Step 1
Go to our return portal, (click on 'Make A Return' below)
Step 2
Enter your order number (e.g. EU12345) and shipping postal (zip) code OR email address.
Step 3
Select which item(s) you are returning and why.
Step 4
Download your returns label and attach to your parcel. You may need to go to your nearest drop off point.
